Shipping

We ship through USPS, offering both domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, the weight of the products, and shipment speed.
Shipping is calculated during the checkout process. If you encounter any problems, Email Us. Shipping is the responsibility of the USPS and the purchaser. If an order is lost, we cannot be held liable for any monettary losses, but we will do our best to help you locate the package to ensure its delivery.
You can track your package directly through the USPS Website.
Free Shipping: Products offering Free Shipping does not include any Bundle or Add On Items.

Returns

With the exception of special-tuned harmonicas, all TurboHarp merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will help you. For special-tuned harmonicas, we cannot accept returns, but we can do our best to work with you in correcting any mistakes or faulty parts. Please Email Us before returning an item as it is possible that we can provide support via email or by phone for your harmonica order.

Please be sure to include your information, and if possible your packing slip, when returning an item. Shipping fees associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Shipping fees associated with customer disatisfaction or product quality will be refunded.
International customers must agree to pay for additional or return shipping if a return is deemed necessary or if a replacement part is requested.


Refund Process

A refund will be credited to you via our PayPal account to your original method of payment. We will post approximately two business days after the date of processing the returned merchandise. All orders are refunded in US dollars.
